In the summer of 2018, our team developed a revolutionary new way of understanding the communities we aim to serve, specifically, South Shore. The Community Needs and Assets Assessment (CNAA) uses Center for Disease Control methodology to ensure a holistic understanding of a community's self-reported needs and assets. This is crucial to aligning our work and advocacy with the communities we aim to serve and their needs.
